The biggest kick for me is seeing people, who are able to BE the amazing people we all are.
My life mission is to work out what is required to experience the full expression of life, and commit to walk the path of what I discover.
It is my hope that what I discover will also make it easier for others to express there amazingness. (By letting your own light shine I think you make it easier for others to do the same)
This mission has been as hard for me as it has been fantastic.
What I understand so far, is that the quality of expression of life through us, is dependent on the environment in which we place ourselves;
How we eat, move and think creates the environment, which determines how much energy our cells can accept and in turn give out to the world.
We have to eat, move and think in a way that is congruent with our amazing design.
A steeply increasing amount of things in todays world work against us being congruent with our design.
I am excited by this expedition because I believe that the preparation, training and taking part will offer in many different ways, a great aid to all its members to being congruent to our design,
and therefore help move all the team towards a fuller and more joyful(yippee!) expression of life.
(certainly by giving all who take part a huge dose of the essential nutrient of movement!!!)
It is this understanding and deep appreciation of what this expedition offers to us all, that could make me a really good team member (and because I am hungry for it and it certainly sounds very tasty!!)
I am committed to working hard to keep my own fire stoked, so that can I kick out lots of heat to help keep the other members of the team warm!
This is the biggest gift I can offer the team and to all the people I love; my true endeavour is to achieve this.
