We invite you...

County Chiropractic would like to invite you and your friends and families, to our free series of wellness talks. As the new science of Epi-genetics continues to emerge, it is becoming clearer and clearer that an individual's health status is not determined by bad luck, bad germs or bad genes. Rather, it is the choices that we each make each day that have the biggest impact on our health and vitality. We really do have a say in our health. Specifically, it is our choices regarding how we eat, move and think that determine our susceptibility to chronic disease or our ability to stay healthy now and in the future. For this reason we have developed the following series of talks to be held at St. Luke's School in Pinhoe;
Genetics, lifestyle and health - Thursday 21st January

Eat for life - Thursday 4th February

Move for life - Thursday 11th February

Think, Feel & Be for life - Thursday 4th of March.

All the talks will begin at 18.15 and last for 90mins. You can find more information by following this link http://www.exeter.countychiropractic.co.uk/doctor/chiropractor/89L/exeter-chiropractor/health-talks.htm
You can be sure that there will be no strings attached - this is simply a health promotion exercise designed to support the community of Exeter. We look forward to seeing you there.
