Last chance to attend Free Health talks
County Chiropractic would like to invite you, and your friends and families, to our free series of wellness talks.
As the new science of Epi-genetics continues to emerge, it is becoming clearer and clearer that an individual's health status is not determined by bad luck, bad germs or bad genes. Rather, it is the choices that we make each day that have the biggest impact on our health and vitality. We really do have a say in our health. Specifically, it is our choices regarding how we eat, move and think that determine our susceptibility to chronic disease or our ability to stay healthy now and in the future.
For this reason we have developed the following series of talks to be held at The Matford Centre in the livestock Centre, Marsh Barton;
· Genetics, Lifestyle & Health – Monday 24th May
· Eat for life – Monday 7th June
· Move for life – Monday 21st June
· Think, Feel & Be for life – Monday 5th July.
